Guest Service Representative – various shifts and weekend availability
We are seeking a guest service representative who will assist in the checking in and checking out of our guests, answering phones, making reservations, handling guest questions and issues. Previous customer service experience is required and the ability to multi-task and handle challenging situations is a must.
